Live Multi‑Camera Production

I've worked in live streaming and multi-camera production since 2010, across corporate events, TCG tournaments and esports, comedy specials, cooking shows, live music, and game shows. I'm based in Seattle and work with productions locally and worldwide.

I'm typically hired as a director, technical director, or technical producer. My sweet spot is highly technical or experimental shows with audience participation and interactivity. I work alongside engineers to map out the signal path and design custom workflows, and with producers to build the run of show, develop the content, and rehearse the performances of both talent and crew. I've switched shows on Ross, ATEM, Roland, and vMix.

Since 2024 I've designed and taught "Building Community Through Live Streaming," a graduate course at the University of Washington that helps professionals understand what live streaming can do that pre-recorded content can't, and why it matters. The course is where my experience in production meets my interest in brand strategy and community design, and where I get to develop those ideas with a new generation of communications professionals.

In 2022 I won an Emmy for my work on Sessions in Place.
